What made you choose our company:

YANAL MASRI was at our home on 6/21/2021 to perform an annual inspection of our vapor barrier, dehumidifier, sump pump, structural support beam and smart jacks. Before commencing the service/inspection he spoke with me to explain everything the service/inspection would entail. I mentioned I had a concern regarding our kitchen linoleum separating from the wall and bubbling afraid one of the smart jacks had loosened. After he inspected the crawlspace and the equipment installed by Regional, Yanal explained everything he had done while showing me pictures and videos. He was very happy to report that everything looked excellent in our crawlspace. Yanal’s professionalism and respect for my time and property deserves HIGH praise, for him and for your company. By the way, the linoleum issue can be explained by contractor grade material and workmanship.
