your supervisor oversaw the crew ( James is his name) ,I was just as impressed with him just as much as I was with Von II. Great personality, great work standards, and very much into his job. Your company has set very high standards for your people and in my eyes they (the employees) has met this standard

Sales Process

Von II made his presentation (which was excellent), then I told him I wanted him to go under the house to discuss the issues. He was dressed very nice but he said lets go. He knew his job from the bottom to the top.

Our Installation Crew

They were very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. I didn't see them take any real breaks, they went to lunch and came back ready to go again. They were really trained well. I was really impressed by these men you have.

The Cleanup Process

Not only did they clean up my property perfect but they did this clean up EVERY day before they left the property
