My name is Rayford and I am a crew leader here at Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. My main job is to install Crawl Space Encapsulation Systems into our customers' homes. 

I enjoy spending time with my family. A few of my hobbies are detailing cars, landscaping and playing basketball.

The crawl space of the home is naturally a dark cave like area but by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to brighten up the crawl space of the home.
The SilverGlo Insulation Panel Boards have a reflective coating that acts as an effective radiant barrier that are unique to only SilverGlo Insulation Panels.
By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out cold winter draft of the home.
The Custom Crawl Space Door installed in Biscoe, NC
This SmartSump sump pump system and SaniDry CX working hard to keep this crawl space nice and dry.
With the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we seal off the crawl space from all air leaks from the outside.
In order to prevent moisture and critters from entering the crawl space, a new EverLast Crawl Space door was installed. This custom-sized door is made of rust-resistant material, so rotting and rusting will not be an issue!
The Smart Sump Pump System allows water to enter the bucket then pump the water out of the crawl space. The "Smart" part of the pump system is an alarm on top of the bucket that alerts the homeowner it water ever makes its way on top of the bucket due to a flood or a busted water line.
