In his current role, he most likes knowing that he is helping homeowners with their waterproofing, structural or concrete settlement issue, and he loves the satisfaction of helping customers realize their problem is fixed right, the first time, and that they never have to worry about it again. Giving customers back their peace of mind is really what it's all about to Larry.
