Water coming in at the wall/floor joint.
Water was leaking into this customers basement at the wall floor joint that caused the bottom of the wall to rot.
After the piers are installed and tested, the crew replaces the soil and cleans up the installation area.
The brick stepos was separated due to settlement of the foundation.
Backfill is used to fill each hole that a foundation pier was installed to leave a clean and level ground.
Cracks on the exterior of the foundation.
The customer was worried about cracks in the foundation wall that supported their prized koi fish tank!
