What made you choose our company:

High on line 5 star ranking I am a 100% pleased with the work completed. I do think the sales rep made some errors i now have a room floor sagging that was not addressed with a beam that did not sag before the work. I think the beams should have gone fully across the entire span not piecemeal as installed. I relied on his expertise that this would solve the problem and it did where the work was performed but caused an issue elsewhere where one did not exist, and as previously stated I think the labor cost was overestimated. I am hoping the dehumidifier will help the entire issue when the wet wood dries out. I cannot give a 10 rating because of the above issues. Perhaps your sales rep need more training or retraining.
