Jeremy came out to attend to a problem. I found out things I didn't really want to know, but he was genuinely truthful and courteous. He told me what I had to do to rectify my problems and made several suggestions as how to procede. I'm sure he didn't really have to take time from his schedule to explain to me in detail everything he found. I appreciate the fact that you can actually find working people willing to explain in detail things with someone such as myself.
