Crew called en-route to house and told me the estimated time they would arrive. They arrived at set time. Clinton S. went over the areas of work to be performed. Work was started and completed in a timely manner. All work areas were cleaned before departure. I would recommend Southeast Foundation for their work quality and professional manner.

All office personnel I spoke to prior to the work beginning performed were courteous and efficient.

Andy Pittman was very courteous and took time to inspect the foundation of the house in addition to the work to be performed on the driveway and sidewalk. He informed the scheduling office that materials be included to repair a small foundation crack. Not all sidewalk seams were listed for repair on work order. Crew repaired those areas at the time the work was performed.

Clinton S. and the crew were courteous and provided additional work that was not covered on the work order. The additional work was performed at my request to ensure the results I wanted were achieved.

Crew thoroughly cleaned the repair areas upon completion of work.
