Long wait from sales assessment to work and day 1 communication breakdown for weather cancellation but day 2 work completion was fine and finished in one day around 5pm.
Call Representative
Inquiry for day 1 no show the office phone system was inop but clarified through my sales rep for a weather delay.
Sales Process
Initial assessment required a long wait for the appointment but of three businesses this was my most thorough assessment and addressed all of my concerns professionally as well as explaining what was happening with the house, crawlspace and gutter runoff. Glen was informative, positive and thorough also while mentoring a future rep.
Our Installation Crew
Day 2 of schedule Austin and his crew called 20 min out, arrived timely, did a walk through and started right away. Everyone was courteous and professional. The team communicated effectively and with concern for maneuvering equipment to avoid my septic system and (discovered) mismarked cables. They took precaution to avoid the cable in the adjacent dig. The team seemed to work well together and communicated.Day 3 poly level was quick and efficient - Juan took time to advise when the poly was lifting in another direction and redirected to another location. Thank you to both teams.
The Cleanup Process
Recovered as much leveling and ground work from the digs as possible. They even replaced the pavers and termite bait stations.

What made you choose our company:

Comparing two other assessments to this, your representative listened to all of my concerns, looked in each area and answered my questions rather then disregarding them or rushing through. The Lord gave me a peace with Glen's explanation, assessment and discussion of the work recommendations. Observing his coaching and mentoring a future sales representative showed his confidence in his profession to ensure others understand clearly. He knew the competition and rendered no disparaging remarks. He was available and responsive for follow on questions while waiting for scheduled work. I already made one customer recommendation and a family member in another state plans to call and inquire for technical recommendations for Juan's poly work.
