Maurice is such an asset to your company and is the reason I choose you out of 4 companies I interviewed and received estimates. From the beginning he seemed to be focused on proposing what he knew to be best to resolve my crawl space issues. I felt he would go above and beyond expectations to make sure all aspects of a job are completed satisfactorily and he did not disappoint me. See further comments under last question as to why I chose your company.

Rayford made sure the project was completed satisfactorily and kept me informed as to what was happening during the process. He appeared very skilled in all aspects of the job and I felt takes pride in making sure the job is completed correctly.

I got estimates from three other companies, but your sales representative, Maurice, was the reason I felt the most confident in using your company. Maurice did an excellent job of covering all aspects of the work needed at the present and what could be done at a later time. He is very knowledgeable, has a very calm and trustworthy demeanor and so important to me followed through with everything he said he would. He was also prompt in responding to my questions. How fortunate your company is to have such a dependable member of your team! My hesitancy in using your company was that you are more expensive and harder on my budget, however I felt that the products you use are superior to your competitors and will hopefully be worth it in the long run. The brochures you use were helpful for showing me why you use the products and methods you do.
