All in all, very satisfied. Reasons for a 4 rather than a 5 are expounded below. Would recommend your services to others.

Some misunderstanding with telephone conversations. Dates and times for building inspector visit were not as we were told, but occurred with-out incident. We we told someone from Southeast would inspect work accomplished but that has not happened yet. Please advise.

Sam was amiable. His inspection was thorough and recommendations for work suggested was easily comprehended. He did not use an "arm-twisting" technique to sell your services. Totally our decision to proceed.

Roberto was very courteous and seemed well informed and capable on work to be accomplished. He is to be commended.

Installation crew returned today (6/22) to repair bathroom tile disturbed during installation. Roberto is also a pretty good tile installer! Per building inspector, some of the HVAC duct work needs attention.
