Very responsive. Acted in a professional manner.

I think he is very capable. He was in the neighborhood and dropped by before our scheduled appt. I was not home, therefore, I never met with him.

Unfortunately I did not get their names, but I thought they both were outstanding. Very informative, very professional. They made sure I understood how to care for the product and covered the warranty with me. The young lady was particularly impressive. I supervised people for many years and I would hire her in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with the care they took in assuring the work they did was neat and attractive. Made sure the areas where they worked were left in good condition. There was some residue left on the front walkway. However, they said it would wash away and not stain.
