Install date 3 weeks out, okay, but no call to confirm. On install date, no technician showed up by noon. We called. "Oh! someone called in sick," but we'd received no call to let us know!?!

Kenneth Oates apparently added us to his day's work list AFTER our call, and showed up as soon as he could (late on a Friday afternoon). Since Kenneth showed up alone, I told him I thought getting our defunct dehumidifier out would be a two man job and offered to help. He refused but just-in-case, I went into the crawl space with him anyway. It was hard to watch him struggle alone as he wrestled the old, heavy machine out (around and under plumbing drain and supply lines, and a clothes dryer vent line--without tearing up the ground cover I'd personally installed 14 years before)! He then carried in and installed the new (much smaller and lighter) dehumidifier alone and sealed up two perimeter holes for us before starting his weekend. Thank you, Kenneth! Hank, Realtor
