What made you choose our company:

One year ago, my husband and I had our crawl space fully encapsulated. We also had Southeast install a dehumidifier and sump pump. Today, we had our annual maintenance performed by Southeast's Dylan Hunter. He was very polite, friendly, and did a thorough job. I highly recommend Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair located in Clinton, NC. Every employee that I have been in contact with at this company is top notch. As to deciding to contract Southeast for our crawlspace issues, and they were major issues, hubby and I agree that it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We had our wood floors redone three months after the Southeast's installation. The floors are still beautiful! On a side note, we monitor the humidity levels in the crawl space with a humidity/temperature sensor device (Sensor Push) we ordered for approximately $140.00 from Amazon. So, we have data proving the significant reduction of humidity in our crawl space. Thank you again Dylan Hunter for the excellent service you afforded us today.
