What made you choose our company:

Chose this company over others because prices were in line and the warranty was the best. They did a good job and everyone I have dealt with is very professional. My complaint is with the warranty. I was sold the product with the understanding (in writing) if I kept up the yearly maintanence everything would be guaranteed for twenty five years. Now after many years I am told they will not honor the warranty. Again the work that was done is great and the people easy to deal with. Just not happy that I am told my warranty is no longer valid after something breaks.
