Drew's earlier career in restaurants, where he served as a server, bartender, and manager, sharpened his customer service skills and taught him the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and delivering exceptional experiences.  His time in insurance and financial planning further reinforced his passion for helping people protect what matters most-their homes and their futures.
