Given our current pandemic and our age, I would have preferred they wear masks as they went in and out of our house on the way to the basement. Being fair, I wasn't assertive is asking them to given it's so controversial these days.

The Cleanup Process

What made you choose our company:

The professionalism of Doug Trader and presenting the problems and solutions. But most of all, he noticed significant problems with our hot water heater which could've led to fires or carbon monoxide poisoning and informed us of that and had us call a plumber immediately. Literally, he may well have saved our lives. He didn't treat the job like it was just the basement, but looked out for our well-being. Additionally, the installation crews noted a small leak in the plumbing and informed us of that as well so we could get it repaired. All of the staff has been extremely pleasant and nice and seem to know what they were doing regarding basements and also in regards to the overall repair and status of our old house which was extremely helpful!
