Time will tell for sure but right now the product looks like it is good quality.

I had several calls and all your reps were very courteous and helpful.

Matt Bowen did a fine job. He definitely knew the product and worked with me to get the best custom install and payment terms that I could accept.

Mathais and Adam were the two of four whose names I remember and the only two that were here all 3 days. They were hard workers and very conscientious. I managed people and large organizations for over 40 years before retiring and I like to think that I can assess people pretty well. These guys are great employees so I hope you find a way to reward them for their loyalty and effective results.

The clean-up process could have been better but these guys aren't maids so I cut them some slack. As you know, the demo is a dirty, ugly job and they did OK sweeping and picking up the concrete pieces. We still found several chunks of concrete under cabinets and, of course, the dust was everywhere even though they added more plastic to what I had put up. The best news is that they did not damage the light tan carpet that is all over the basement. I covered it and then they covered it some more so it was never soiled by wet concrete or dirt. So, overall, they did very well in this area too.
