Sam Agnew was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be done for the problems we were having.

Our Installation Crew

Kevin and John, crew Forman, were extremely professional and knowledgeable of the procedures to be done. Very hard workers and very polite. They are truly an asset to your company.

The Cleanup Process

The crew cleaned up each day before leaving. You would not have known we were having any work done. Very thorough crew.

What made you choose our company:

The way Sam Agnew presented his presentation after a thorough inspection of the problems in our crawl space. Also he did not pressure us in anyway to sign a contract at that time. But, we made the decision immediately to use Carolina Basement.
