What made you choose our company:

Our basement had been flooding for over 50 years and the walls were starting to bow in. We finally decided to get a quote for waterproofing and wall repair. We got quotes from other companies but they were not up front about some things. Carolina Basement Systems were very transparent with us. The salesman, Doug Trader was very informative and gave us several options while not being pushy. We were very surprised to get such a reasonable quote for the job. We have since had torrential downpours and the basement is dry as a bone. It has even lost that musty smell. The work crew were very professional and courteous and explained everything they were doing.
