What made you choose our company:

Carolina Basements was one of the only willing to come and inspect our property without needing to provide a reason for the call. We wanted a piece of mind inspection before starting more work on the house. After taking with Austin F, we decided to move forward with installing a sump pump, dehumidifier and have the crawlspace waterproofed. John Snow was our on site team lead/installer and he was fantastic to work with (I honestly wish he was also the one who did the inspection!) He made sure the job was completed on scheduled--even when it meant a final 12 hour day. He made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left.
