The inspector, Doug, was friendly and took his time in explaining the process that was needed to repair our foundation. Following the inspection, the call staff was also professional. John, Chris, and Tony came and completed the job with their professionalism, amazing work, and left me completely satisfied. After completion of the job, based on my experience, I knew a review that would help others make the right decision to use Carolina Basement Services for their basement repair needs was a necessity.

John, Chris, and Tony were very punctual, professional yet friendly, thorough in their work, mannerly, and I would recommend this crew to anyone without question. I truly hope that John, Chris, and Tony get the recognition that they deserve.

The crew again was very thorough, listened without hesitation to any questions or requests, and left the place immaculate. Also, John walked around and picked up any trash on the ground and disposed of it.
