This is the 2nd time I have used Carolina Basement and the 2nd time I have had to call the crew back to repair something. After inspection of my crawl space after the dehumidifier was installed, I noticed that the light in my crawl space was broken (the light assembly was broken and the light no longer worked at all). In addition, one of the HVAC duct straps was broken, so the duct work was hanging low. There were 2 crews at my house - Jacob's crew came first and then left, and then the electrical crew arrived, so I'm not sure which crew caused the damage (my suspicion is that it was the electrical crew based on my positive experience with Jacob). I immediately reached out to Jacob Libby who came back several days later to repair the damage. He was great to make it right, and he did the repairs. He also followed up with pictures to show the repair. While I appreciate his attentiveness, it shouldn't have been necessary for me to contact him to come back out and do the repairs. I would hope that your workers would always leave the crawl space looking good and repair any damage that may have been caused while they were doing their work.

Jacob kept me informed and the dehumidifier was installed well. It was the broken light and broken HVAC duct strap that were concerning. See my comments above about that situation. David made it right, but I shouldn't have had to call to get the repair done. I would hope that your crews (installers and electricians) would always want to do the best work.
