An error was made but the company took the initiative to correct it and compensate me for it.

Worked quickly, crew was courteous and answered any questions that I had. Only problem I had was that they cracked the wood on my bottom step of my deck and did not inform me or attempt to repair it. Now there is a screw sticking out but not in an area that will injure someone, just unsightly.
