Overall pretty great experience. We had to have every floor joist repaired on the back side of our house. It was a very stressful time but it’s fixed now.

Alex really sold the process. His presentation was on point, he was thorough in his inspection, he brought samples of materials used and he was knowledgeable and he seemed like he wanted to do right by the customer.
