What made you choose our company:

We had Tarheel basement come out about 6 months ago for the "no obligation estimate" they are constantly broadcasting over the radio. At the time our basement wasn't leaking through all the walls, it was just one long one. When the estimate was presented to us for HALF the basement, we were shocked at how expensive it was. It created a whole new stress knowing it was going to be THAT much to waterproof only HALF! We told the man that we just could not afford that at this time. He kept trying to get us to finance through him and we finally had to just tell him no. Once he realized that we weren't going to buy anything, he turned into such a jerk.. Someone had mentioned to Carolina Basement. With water seeping through almost every wall, we knew we had to do something. TJ came out and really helped us understand the WHY. He was very polite and not one time did we feel pressured to make a decision. When we got our estimate, I was shocked at how REASONABLE it was for almost the WHOLE basement. It was only $4,000 more than what Tarheel quoted for half. And Tarheel didn't include the downspouts. Which makes me think that guy from Tarheel was just trying to make a commission off of me. TJ was also awesome with our 5 year old when our son wanted to have a sword fight. He went along with it. I am soooo very thankful for the amazing team you have at Carolina Basement.
