Yep I am one of those customers who are concerned about any and everything when it comes to having someone working on my house.Well I have to say for every question I asked and helping me in understanding the process for the installation,I am very HAPPY with the sales rep down to the guys who came out to do the work I needed. Also I checked around with people who have seen their work and every single one had nothing but great things to say about the work they perform. Also the installers " Jeremiah,Dillon and Alex were very polite and respectful as well. Thank you Carolina Basement Systems for a great job well done.
