Ricky Castillo came today and performed the annual maintenance on my basement waterproofing system installed a couple of years ago. He was respectful, prompt, and extremely thorough. He went over every detail and sent me the results of all maintenance performed. He was superb and I just wanted his impeccable service and manner to be rewarded and noted by his supervisors. He is, indeed, an employee you should be proud of! I’ll be asking for Ricky on all my future maintenance!!
