Our Overall Service

Quality of work is very high, and response to any concerns were rectified quickly. The only issue was one of timing- I was told it would be a 1-2 week job, but it wasn't in a functional state 5-6 weeks.

Some construction debris was left over- I will use it to fuel a fire pit, so I was not proactive in requesting its removal.

What made you choose our company:

Proposed renovation was well thought out and thorough. There was a professional attitude and appearance throughout the process, and I felt I could trust Ridgeback. Quote was right on estimate, and quality of work was very high. Aside from the delay, I am very happy with the work and would recommend them in the future.

    We haven't had enough rain to test the system and the pump hasn't come on yet.
