My old sump pump was left behind, it would be nice to have the option to have it disposed of through Ridgeback.

Came up on a google search, but then the immediate follow up, the pre-contact with the information about the contractor, the contact with the company was thorough, pleasant, informative and I felt I wasn't being pushed into making decisions that weren't right for what I needed. Thank you for great communication and listening to your clients!! Makes me feel I am part of something and would want to work with you again, and have others work with you as well.
