Crawl Space Moisture Barrier Installation in Peebles, Ohio
This crawl space had gravel all along the floor, which is better than dirt, but still not good enough to skip a moisture barrier. We installed CleanSpace liner across the whole crawl space to keep moisture out, saving the wooden beams from rot. The liner also keeps moldy air out and helps insulate a bit.
Stabilizing Concrete Crawl Space Piers in Blanchester, Ohio
This was not the first time this crawl space was worked on. Evidence showed that there was at least one time before where sister joists were installed to try and help support the structural integrity of the crawl space. As we see in most crawl spaces, excess moisture had turned the sister joists soggy and weak. The homeowner wanted it done right this time, so they called us for help. We installed three main beams to help support the failing joists, and then hooked the main beams up to SmartJacks. The SmartJacks are customizable and can be adjusted over time to help raise the ceiling back to where it was. We also applied a CleanSpace moisture barrier all over the crawl space to block out moisture. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help wick moisture out of the air.

Crawl Space Encapsulation in South Lebanon, Ohio
This crawl space had high humidity levels before we came and installed our encapsulation system. We installed our CleanSpace liner all over the floor and walls, making sure to wrap around piers and any other obstacles. We also installed SilverGlo insulation panels along the walls, which are highly efficient at retaining heat. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to make sure the humidity levels stay extremely low.
Fixing the Joists and Beams in a Crawl Space & Preventing them from Future Moisture Damage in Goshen, Ohio
This crawl space was just over two feet, and although short in stature, the lumber parts had rotted to the point of no return. You can see in the before picture just how nasty it had become from moisture issues. After replacing the lumber parts to maintain the integrity of the structure, we then encapsulated the crawl space to prevent the new wooden parts from falling victim to the same fate. Seen in the after picture is a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a SmartSump sump pump attached with an UltraSump 4 battery backup, CleanSpace Liner, and SilverGlo insulation panels tucked behind the CleanSpace. This crawl space won't have to worry about further deterioration from moisture issues for a very long time.
