Concrete Jacking Services in Dayton, Ohio
This homeowner in Dayton, OH had a back porch that was sinking away from the rest of the home, causing gaps between the brick wall and porch floor. We raised the porch to close these gaps by using our foam jacking method. This foam jacking process, is quicker, cleaner, and more effective than mud jacking. We first drill pea-sized holes in the slabs in order to create an entryway for our foam gun. We then inject our PolyLevel foam under the slabs in order to raise it. We then close and seal all the gaps, then we leave. This homeowner was very impressed with the efficiency of our foam jacking methods, and doesn't have to worry any longer about their back porch sinking.
Concrete Sidewalk Repair in Vandalia, Ohio
The sidewalk leading up to the front porch had sunken about 3 inches since it was first formed. The larger gap created by the sinking was considered a tripping hazard, as it was deceivingly uneven. We injected the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam in calculated spots, to be able to raise and level this sidewalk. No more tripping concerns for the homeowner!
Concrete Pad Leveled in Sidney, Ohio, by Foam Jacking
The concrete pad just outside of this garage had sunken into the dirt. This had become annoying for the homeowner because every time they pulled their lawn mower out, it would not be a smooth process. It was also a pretty dangerous tripping hazard, as the garage was a place where they moved heavy items in and out of. We fixed the gap by injecting our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete pad in little pea-sized holes. Afterwards, the concrete pad was flush with the garage floor, making life a whole lot easier for this homeowner.
Sunken Concrete Pad Lifted in Piqua, Ohio
This sunken and uneven concrete slab had become a nuisance to the homeowners. Located right outside of their back door, this was where their kids, dogs, and friends frequented. You see, because the slab had sunked so far, dirt, leaves, and other debris easily gathered on top of the stoop. If the homeowner did not sweep the slab everyday, their kids would be sure to track all of that debris into their home. We made sure that this slab would no longer be a magnet for leaves by raising it 3-4 inches with our foam jacking methods. Now, the homeowners don't have to worry about sweeping every day.
