The concrete slabs surrounding this pool deck in Amelia, OH, had settled unevenly, leaving many tripping hazards around the pool. We leveled out all the slabs for the homeowner by injecting the concrete with our PolyLevel foam. After leveling, we then sealed the gaps and joints with our NexusPro sealant. The result was a safe & clean pool deck and a very happy homeowner.

This customer in Amelia, OH, was concerned with the visible void underneath their concrete sidewalk. The void was about 6 inches deep, and probably formed from a combination of both soil washout and soil shrinkage from cycles between wet and dry weather. We went out and injected our PolyLevel foam underneath the sidewalk to stabilize the concrete. Our PolyLevel foam didn't just fill the void, it also compacted the soil beneath the slab. PolyLevel is a closed-cell polyurethane foam, so it won't hold water like other open-cell materials can, (like mudjacking). This will help prevent soil washout in the future. Now that the void is filled, the customer can look forward to their concrete lasting much, much longer than it would have otherwise. 

This driveway in South Lebanon, OH, had many uneven slabs, including the one seen in this before and after photo set. If you look closely at the before photo, you'll be able to notice the 2-3 inch gap between the back door and the driveway slab. Once we leveled out the driveway slabs with our PolyLevel foam jacking solution, the gap was completely closed, and the driveway is now flush with the backdoor. This beautifully decorated concrete in South Lebanon, Ohio, had settled into the soil over time. This caused two of the concrete pads to become unlevel with one another, making for an awkward transition from the sidewalk to the driveway. We lifted the sunken sidewalk slabs with our PolyLevel foam injections to lift and level all of the beautiful concrete back out. The homeowner noted that they were especially impressed with how minimally invasive the process was, and how quickly we were able to complete the concrete repair project. 

This sunken and uneven concrete slab had become a nuisance to the homeowners. Located right outside of their back door, this was where their kids, dogs, and friends frequented. You see, because the slab had sunked so far, dirt, leaves, and other debris easily gathered on top of the stoop. If the homeowner did not sweep the slab everyday, their kids would be sure to track all of that debris into their home. We made sure that this slab would no longer be a magnet for leaves by raising it 3-4 inches with our foam jacking methods. Now, the homeowners don't have to worry about sweeping every day.
