This homeowner had a couple of concrete slabs that had sunken out of place from the rest. We lifted the sunken slabs to even everything out, eliminating any potential tripping hazards. 

Several sidewalk slabs in this HOA community had shifted and settled over time, creating trip hazards and uneven walking surfaces. Not only did it pose a liability issue, but it also disrupted the clean look of the neighborhood pathways.

Using our PolyLevel® foam injection system, we lifted and leveled the uneven slabs quickly and cleanly—without the need for messy tear-out or long curing times. Now, the sidewalk is safe, smooth, and back to looking its best for residents and visitors alike.

The concrete pad just outside of this garage had sunken into the dirt. This had become annoying for the homeowner because every time they pulled their lawn mower out, it would not be a smooth process. We fixed the gap by injecting our PolyLevel foam underneath the concrete pad in little pea-sized holes. Afterwards, the concrete pad was flush with the garage floor, making life a whole lot easier for this homeowner.
