Because out WaterGuard drains sit under the floor in the basement and not outside the foundation, they are less likely to clog. Their patented design was built for the interior of the home.
This is what this crawl space looked like before CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
Water stains and possibly even mold were ruining their drywall before we installed our systems.
