When asked about himself Walt said, "I served in the United States Army before attending the University of Cincinnati.  I started working in the construction business as a Carpenter/Owner Operator of a small business. I have experience in framing and foundation construction, with over 100 homes built in the late '90s. I enjoy meeting all of our clients and solving their problems.  I find pleasure in finding solutions for our customers and helping them put this part of their lives behind them, move on, and let go of all their worries. I like to have fun and enjoy life.  Golfing, traveling, going to concerts and sporting events, and spending time with friends and family are all things I enjoy. I live in Maineville, Ohio and I have two children and a cat.

 

Hobbies:  Golf, hiking, and kayaking.

Favorite Sports Teams:  Reds and Bengals.

The bright-white CleanSpace Liner provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier and brightens up the crawl space.
The Egress Window is large enough to climb out during an emergency.
The Clean Space Liner is a thick plastic liner that is similar to a pool liner.
Here you can see that has been seeping into the basement, causing damage to the drywall, and also you can see that water has been flowing onto the floor.
This concrete slab has sunk over the years and needs to be raised back up to the original position. In the corner on the right, you can see the space between the slab and where the brick starts.
In this photo, you can see the SuperSump has been installed. Right under the window you can see the blue WellDuct is installed to intercept the water seeping in from the window well. The White plastic overlay has been installed over the FlexiSpan Crack Repair.
Here you can see the BrightWall Panels have been tucked into the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard has been finished with a layer of cement.
The CleanSpace Liner is the bright white plastic liner you can see on the floor and walls. The shiny SilverGlo Insulation helps to keep the floors warmer in the winter. and the SmartSump will keep the water pumped out of the crawl space.
