Albert spends his days helping customers. He listens to them describe their concerns, then, he diagnoses and resolves the problems they have. There is no project too big or too small for him.
Helping customers solve problems in their homes is Albert's favorite part about being an Inspector. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the gratitude on his customer's face when the job is complete.
When Albert isn't working, he loves spending time with his children and grandchildren. Boating, Camping, and traveling bring him a lot of joy.
