Very professional from salesperson to TJ, our technician. Price was right and especially like the lifetime warranty. TJ did a beautiful job from start to finish. He was careful with our rugs and floors on his way to the basement. He explained everything he had done along with some dos and don'ts for the next few weeks. He cleaned up all the mess so you would never know he had been there. Would definitely recommend your company and TJ. Thanks.
