We were told it would be a one day install. It was scheduled several weeks out. On the day of the install, they came to start the work without one of the main pieces. It ended up being three different days my husband had to take off work. I would have rathered they not start the job until they had all of the parts they needed. They also took a picture of the water line that was supposed to be moved with the different pieces, but when they replaced the line, they did not replace one of the pieces to the water line.
