Our Overall Service
No one from your reference sheet called me back for 5 weeks, so I waited to have you do my basement!
Call Representative
Your immediate contact with company by call representative not always friendly nor do they know enough about the company to answer simple questions. The scheduler was fine to deal with for setting up date, it's your reception people that are not knowledgeable nor that friendly.
Sales Process
Presentation was fine, but sales person gave over estimated hours for time line. Took repairman way less time and did not need to jack hammer up as much concrete floor so we tore out more wood than we needed too! Salesman also said there would be cement dust everywhere...so I moved everything out of basement. No dust whatsoever...a waste of my time.
Our Installation Crew
Great worker. Friendly, put me at ease. Knew his stuff well and took time to explain his work and things to look for in case I need to call him back. Best part of experience!! Done in way less time than sales person told me. He was friendly, honest and had a sense of humor that put me at ease as soon as I opened the door.
The Cleanup Process
Installer cleaned up everything. Not one piece of stone or dust remained! Great job. Give him a raise. Best installer I've had in my home in the 18 years I've lived here.

What made you choose our company:

Not your sales presentation, more your packet of information that I read through from beginning to end and your warranty and your products seemed of much higher quality than any other company and I met with 4 other ones. Plus I see your trucks in the neighborhood a lot which means you must be ok to deal with.
