What made you choose our company:

Became aware of The Basement Doctor at a Sharonville home show. Roger Kief explained your products and procedures very well and made a follow up house call. We had also contacted Everdry Waterproofing at the same home show. Their price was much higher and included some outside drainage work. We did have them start by installing their EZ Breathe Unit but after 2 units failed to work upon installation we stopped the work. The installers said upon departing that maybe the last unit might work within a week. There were some other misleading and deceptive sales practices that made us cancel all of their work. With the assistance of the Ohio Attorney General and the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau we receive all of our money back. I only tell you this because all of our dealings with your company were first class and very professional and every person we had contact with was the best.
