Rafael, the crew chief, was very professional. We communicated two or three times a day. He kept me informed every step of the way throughout the week. I appreciated that he was very kind about explaining things to me. Hector, Chevy and Rafael were also very professional. They all had their tasks and appeared to work well together.

The basement looked cleaner than when they started the job. They took great care to seal off the main part of the house from the dust & dirt.
