Call Representative
Lady was very pleasant, helpful guiding us, telling us what to expect: who would call etc.
Sales Process
Roger Kief was very thorough, answered all our questions and walked us through the process.
Our Installation Crew
Crew foreman Mike Pritt, efficient, organized., had done his home work. Bradley & Brian were well versed, how, when, where.
The Cleanup Process
We had NO cleanup. There was NOTHING for us to clean up. Foreman Mike Pritt, Bradly and Brian are a great crew.

What made you choose our company:

We chose Basement Doctor because of he way Roger said the work would be done. Roger gave us a quote, pictures of the project, listed product to be used and left nothing to doubt.
