Sales Process
The guy who came was awesome. Worked with our schedule super well, and did a wonderful job explaining everything.
Our Installation Crew
Outside drain pipe looks great, inside tarping and overall concrete work was good. They did scratch up my brand new washing machine I just got 3 weeks ago after I asked them to be very careful around it, couple little issues but that was the main reason I went down to a 3.
The Cleanup Process
They said the machine that was supposed to keep the house from getting dusty wasn't working properly, so my whole house was covered in dust.
What made you choose our company:
I got a good price from the start and was happy with what I was quoted. The only issue I have is that one of the main place I stated to the sales guy that leaked wasn't covered with the wall cover nor was there drains installed in front of it... which scares me... but I guess we'll see with the first the storm if it's fixed.
