We just had the job done yesterday, so we cannot speak to the long term effectiveness, but our initial impression is good.

They called prior to their arrival and showed up early in the "window" of time they were to arrive. They were courteous and appeared to be knowledgeable about the process.

They did a great job of cleaning up. You wouldn't know that we had work done, except for the improved look of our sidewalk and driveway.
