Tyler is the consummate professional team leader. From the first day, to the last day, Tyler clearly communicated the work that was to be completed for the day and the time required on site. His confidence and detailed knowledge of the processes and products, attention to detail and ability to direct his team to accomplish difficult repairs in dangerous conditions was truly impressive. Tyler and team went above and beyond all of my expectations when they were able to overcome unforeseen obstacles and delays with cool confidence, easing my worries. Tyler and his team were able answer all questions and always were polite and respectful. The repairs completed and the products installed look awesome and work great! Tyler went above and beyond by repairing all items requested, even the smallest, cleared all debris and even seeded and placed straw on the yard. I can't say enough about Tyler and his crew and Tyler is truly deserving of the highest award that you see appropriate.
