Austin was very transparent, only sold me on what I wanted out of my project and what my future basement looked like and how we needed to get there. He didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t want or wasn’t familiar with. He was knowledgeable on competition and gave a high quality presentation and answered all of my questions and taught me a lot!

I can’t speak more highly of this crew. Brandon, Will, Antonio were all amazing. From the morning calls of ETA’s, to breaking every single step down for me, to answering ALL of my questions, to coming and grabbing me throughout the entire process to show me each step and give me updates, to keeping my house dust free and considerate, to going above and beyond on multiple occasions throughout the project. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this crew. The quality of work is superb and I feel SO confident in my investment into my basement as I prepare to finish it. They came, they showed up, and they delivered 150% effort and customer service. My yard doesn’t look dug up at all, the water guard was installed perfectly and even worked some magic to fit the water guard into some close spots. I have already recommended the basement doctor to multiple people because of how amazing this installation crew has been. Will took a video of the sump pump performing as it should and showed it to me to validate the product works. They were truly considerate of my home, they closed the gates to my yard and I didn’t even have to ask. They put things back in their place without me having to even ask. They definitely treated my home with respect like it was their own and for that I am so appreciative!

My basement looks so clean, they were SO considerate of my belongings. They hung plastic to cover my items, they went above and beyond and helped me put my utility sink back even though they didn’t have to. They washed down my driveway, they. Watered my grass where they dug up, they didn’t leave trash anywhere. They swept very well and my basement is ready for the next step with little to no further cleanup needed on my part. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that they left it cleaner than how they found it and they pride themselves in doing so.
