Communication and timely follow-up. Donny did an excellent job communicating and educating me on all the work to be done on my basement, and I had lots of questions. He was open to explaining things until I understood. In addition, he responded to everything in a timely manner. That is very important to customers and unfortunately not all businesses respond this well. I know he was busy but always made me feel like my job was important and a priority. Excellent representation of your company.
