Job review from Beverly in Loveland, OH 45140 on 10/19/15

Roger was prompt to show up when I called to inquire about the process. He was knowledgeable. However, when the work crew arrived there was a question concerning one of the areas. I called Roger and he was going to stop by to take a look at it. He never showed and did not follow up with any phone call. Mike Dietz was able to address the issue with his manager and returned the next day with a solution. It kind of felt like Roger had moved on from this sale and was not concerned about whether the job was done appropriately.

I have never been as impressed with a work crew as I was with Mike Dietz and his team. Each and everyone of them was extremely courteous, respectful, and hard working. I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Mike and his crew were. I truly felt like they were treating my home as if it were their own.

Again, Mike Dietz and his crew were outstanding throughout the cleanup process. The last day of work went much longer than they anticipated. I did not ever feel that they were trying to hurry up to get out of here. They were magnificent.I will tell everyone I refer to The Basement Doctor to request Mike Dietz and his crew.
