Wesley Martin is General Manager & Partner of Mid-State Basement Systems. His primary responsibility is to ensure excellence in the organization from sales through production to providing "WOW" Client service. As a trusted member of the team, Wesley upholds the highest standards of the company. He wants to create an organization and business that allows his employees to become their best selves. He also wants to provide an amazing experience for his customers, hoping to turn them into raving fans!

Wesley has over 31-years of experience in Columbus, Ohio helping customers with all their basement waterproofing and repair needs. He also has a degree in marketing from West Liberty State University. He has always been a problem solver and passionate about making the customer’s vision a reality. Wesley is a true professional and brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job that he is involved with.

Wesley enjoys meeting with homeowners as well as helping them solve their basement and crawl space problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. He has a passion for meeting new people and spending time with his wife, Jill, three children, and three grandchildren – seeing them almost every day! He also manages the operations at his local church.
