There was discrepancy on who would provide the necessary electrical installation. The call rep (Robert) said Mid-State would do it, but the installers said they were not qualified. So I did it myself. (Your contract does say it is not provided.)

Sales Process

There was discrepancy on who would provide the necessary electrical installation. The call sales said Mid-State would do it, but the installers said they were not qualified. So I did it myself. (Your contract does say it is not provided.) Robert was helpful in saving the project because I have experienced a delay in accessing the necessary funds to support the work. He offered the 12 months same as cash option, which allowed us to go ahead while funding is being processed on my end.

Our Installation Crew

They did great in a very cramped work environment. It would be nice if the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier had a phone app for checking humidity; then I wouldn't have to get a hygrometer.

The Cleanup Process

Very thorough.
