We have sunken driveway sections which are progressively sinking.

Vertical cracks (2) in poured foundation between ground level and 4 foot tall course of bricks. The 2 cracks are spaced 8-12 inches apart. The vertical space between the bricks and ground is about 1 foot tall, but I don't know if the cracks extend below ground level, but I assume they do. The house is only about 6 years old. The horizontal shift looks about 0.5 inches perpendicular to the foundation.
